It is important that you are happy with your purchase of the Fall Line Putt Reader and that it reaches you in a good condition. However, please make sure that it is the Putting Aid you want before ordering.
Each Fall Line Putt Reader is individually checked and tested during assembly. If you are not completely satisfied, you will be entitled to a complete refund.
To protect it from any damage in transit it is placed in its zip-up pouch and then inserted into a POSTpak Padded Bag.
The Fall Line Putt Reader will be shipped to you as soon as your payment has been cleared.
All shipments are sent from Perth, Australia through Australia Post Air Mail service.
Delivery can only be made to a Street Address. Australia Post will NOT accept any consignment requiring a Customs Declaration that is addressed to a Post Office Box.
The delivery time for International Orders varies from country to country. In most cases delivery should take place within 10 to 15 working days. Please be patient.
You will be advised by email of the date of despatch.
The value shown on the Customs Declaration form is in Australian dollars and is for administrative purposes only.
If your Fall Line Putt Reader is not as represented on the Web Site or is some way damaged, please return it for a refund or exchange.
Please use the Contact Form within 30 days to explain the reason for your return and to obtain a Refund number.
A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make your initial purchase. The airmail return shipping costs are your responsibility.
